Location: Greater Austin/Buda, TX (Remote/Hybrid)

Lion REI is looking for a hungry, disciplined, and self-motivated Sales Executive to help us expand across Texas. This is a 100% commission-based role with unlimited earning potential and the opportunity to grow into leadership.
You’ll generate leads, close high-ticket deals, and represent a veteran-owned brand built on integrity, excellence, and Marine Corps discipline.
What You’ll Do
• Prospect new clients (cold outreach, networking, door-to-door)
• Conduct project assessments and present proposals
• Close residential & commercial remodeling contracts
• Collaborate with our project team to ensure client success
• Build long-term client relationships and rep the brand with pride
What We’re Looking For
• Proven B2C/B2B sales experience (construction a bonus)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and coachable
• Organized, professional, and hungry to grow
